"I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with an agent named Sashae Afflick who went above & beyond for me. I called into the office several times (over 2 wks) to speak to my (then current) agent but couldn't ever reach her. However, Sashae Afflick was the ONLY one who took the time to HELP me on a Friday afternoon near closing time when most ppl are shutting down or have already gone for the day. She also sent a follow up email to assure me she will still be available Monday to assist me if I had any further questions concerning my auto insurance needs.
