"Since 2020, customer service has declined. I can truly say that State Farm continues to have top notch customer service. I am a new client and had been working with Mr. Owen Imuze, when I called in today, he wasn't available, however, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Brian Gamble. My experience today was both pleasant and professional. I had questions, concerns, and a little anxiety. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and concerns and made me feel respected and as a valued customer. I had a little anxiety when I initially started working with him but by the time I got off the phone I was confident that I made the right choice, choosing State Farm and I feel that my family and I are in great hands."

"Buyer Beware: I am extremely disappointed in my experience and with the operational procedures of State Farm Insurance. I contacted this agency to find better home owner and auto insurance. The ONLY reason I did this is to save money on my monthly premiums because I recently retired and on a fixed income. I stressed the importance of lowering my monthly expenses, yet I am very apprehensive to change to a new carrier. Following the agents research, he guarantee me a home owners quote- he said everything was examined and my HO would be 117.00 rather than my current policy price. I waited to cancel my HO 5 days then after reconfirming the set new premium he said was 100% secure- I canceled my policy with Nationwide. Well that was short lived- I received notification my new HO policy would be 138.00- more than I was paying with the other policy. His justification was he was not aware of underwriters having to raise it - this is not only unethical, it was dishonest procedure, just to get me to change- and now I have increased my monthly expenses. In edition, there were billing errors and I started getting cancellation notices after making three premium payments in one month- because of State Farm errors.Nothing has been correct and all mistakes have been State Farms - not mine. I also changed my auto to State Farm- May 1- I still have not received the required beacon to download the app for the auto discount so I am receiving notification of losing the Save & Safe driving discount- I have requested it several times, to date, I have not received this. I can't say one thing good about my experience - stay with your current insurance- now I am in a terrible position and my cost are greater- the misleading information has put me in financial mess. State Farm is not supporting me at all- and offering no solutions- only bogus late fees, delays, and increased stress."

"Denise, I apologize that your experience with State Farm seems to be unfavorable. When you contact our office we are able to give you a quote for your insurance, once you agree with the quote we then submit the application for insurance to our corporate underwriting department. Corporate underwriting then reviews the applications to assure that the application information is accurate. There are sometimes findings within our corporate underwriting department that may positively or negatively influence the rate. In your case after inspection of the home the siding type was changed and updated by the underwriting department which caused a negative influence in your rate. The billing error that you are addressing was due to a miscommunication of the effective date of your home policy. Your home policy was submitted effective 3/28/2025 and after review of the notes it shows that you wanted the effective date of your home policy changed to 5/5/2025. This is a policy change that is submitted to our corporate service department. It takes time for the change to be processed by corporate and then communicate with the billing department as to what needs to be charged for the home policy. Once this is processed you will receive a credit on your bill for any premium that is owed toward your home policy that you have paid. I see in my system that there has been constant communication with my office representative Nick in regard to your concerns. He has been clearly communicating with you via email and phone with prompt updates. We do not charge late fees on our billing accounts. Notes on your account show that the Drive Safe and Save Beacon was delivered to you on 5/9/25. You stated that you did not receive the beacon so we re-sent one directly from our office on 5/30/2025. We will send another one out to you today so that you can set up the Drive Safe and Save beacon to keep your discount. My team of 14 licensed insurance professionals is very responsive and her to assist you with whatever you need. Thank you for your business!!"
